Our Red Barn Ranch currently ships items via USPS Priority Mail to addresses within the United States. We do not provide international shipping options.

Local customers can choose Self-Pickup at our Fiber Farm Stand, located at 11494 N Calhan Hwy, Calhan, CO 80808, when paying online.
Online Ordering – Payment Options
We utilize Ecwid Shopping Cart a PCI-DSS validated Level 1 Service Provider to provide online shopping options for products and services.
Account creation is not required to order from our online store. If you do choose to create an account, your Personally Identifiable Information and Payment information is not stored on Our Red Barn Ranch website server but instead, handled in separated form between our online store provider and payment processor.

Payments are made via Stripe online processing for credit or debit card. Your transaction is processed securely via Stripe. Neither our website, nor our online store, collects or stores your payment information details.

Offline Payment Options:
We provide the option of paying cash for items ordered for Self-Pickup at our Fiber Farm Stand, located at 11494 N Calhan Hwy, Calhan, CO 80808, at the time the order is picked up.
Product orders placed online for self-pickup and cash payment are held for 7 days, from date of order, after which, items are returned to inventory. If you cannot pick up & pay for your order within 7 days from the date you place your order, please contact us before the end of 7 days.
Tour and Experience online orders require either payment or deposit to request a date. If you need a specific date/time, only, we encourage you to contact us and confirm availability prior to placing online order. Please see Shipping, Payment & Refunds for full details.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are digital only and delivered via email. Online orders must be paid via debit/credit card. Gift cards can be purchased via cash while onsite at our physical store, but will be delivered to you via digital format (email) and can only be used for products and services available in our online store.
Online Booking for Tours, Hands on Learning and Staying Overnight
Deposits and/or payments for Service orders (tours, hands on learning, RV spot, rental or special events) can be made fully online if you wish rather than in person.
We do ask those who pay online for services, confirm their needs, wishes and dates with us, prior to placing full payment order online.
We understand the changes needed by weather, and unexpected life events or travel delays, and are happy to work with you to reschedule your time/date of service, but we cannot guarantee we will always be available to meet your requested rescheduling date and time.
Therefore, if you wish for the convenience of booking and paying online, but still remain flexible in travel dates, we encourage our online shoppers to simply purchase a Gift Card, to cover most or all of their costs, during their planned visit to our ranch, to avoid loss of $ via our refund policy less transaction fees.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any online purchases.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Products
Our Red Barn Ranch does not offer returns on any product items, with the exception of manufacturing defects and exchanges when wrong size ordered.
Manufacturing defects/faults found within items and requests to exchange wrong size ordered must be reported within 10 days of delivery, by Contacting Us.
Client is responsible for shipping costs for wrong size ordered return & exchange.
Please contact us directly if you have questions, need sizing specifics or other details, so we can ensure your online order placed is correct for you.
Services
For services and visits to our ranch, we offer the ability to reschedule your visit given our dates of availability, with 24 hours notice before your original scheduled time/date.
We understand the unexpected events that happen in all of our lives, but we will not refund deposit prices listed for no-call/no-show situations.
When the unexepected happens, and you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as you can, so we can serve many visitors (including you!) as flexibly and affordably as possible.
