Pricing:
Whether 1 or 6 in your party, 1-3 nights stay, we charge $75/night with a once-per stay $50 cleaning fee:
- 1 Night: $125
- 2 Nights: $200
- 3 Nights: $275
- Reserve online with option to reschedule, but non-refundable $50 reservation if your preferred date(s) are flexible.
- With notice or unexpected weather/delays, we are happy to adjust your arrival/departure dates, if rental available. No call, no show means no refund.
Terms:
- Check in Time: 2PM - 5PM
- Check out Time: Before 10 AM
- No Pets (due to our Livestock Guardian Dogs)
- No Smoking inside - (protected/safe smoking areas are provided on other areas of the property when wind/fire danger is not high)
- No extra guests other than those stated in rental agreement
